Warm Springs: DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS THAT CONTAIN ASBESTOS & LEAD PAINT, AND THE REMOVAL OF STORAGE TANK. The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs (CTWS) is accepting qualification, experience and cost proposals from licensed firms with the experience and expertise to demolish 8 structures which contain asbestos and lead paint. Some of the buildings were built in the early 1930's and some have been abandoned since 1970's. There are also some underground tanks that need to be removed. The proposer must be Oregon licensed asbestos and lead abatement contractors. The estimated range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated contract period is to be as soon as possible. The project is funded through the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and is subject to all applicable rules and regulations including Indian Preference requirements and applicable wage rates. The project requires Environmental Bonds
