Water Street, Silverton, Oregon. Sealed bids will be received by the Silverton Public Works Director, at 306 S Water Street, Silverton, Oregon 97381 at or before 2:00 p.m., on September 20, 2018 and shall be publicly opened at that location upon closing, 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure is due no later than 4:00 p.m. This contract is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 relating to the payment of prevailing wages. No bid for this public improvement contract will be received or considered by the City of Silverton unless the Bidder is licensed with the Construction Contractor's Board as required by ORS 701.035 to 701.055. In addition, a City of Silverton Business License is also required prior to performing Work within the city limits. The City of Silverton reserves the right to reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, and to reject for good cause all Bids upon finding of the agency that it is in the best interest to do so.
