WORK DESCRIPTION: The Work under this contract consists of hazardous building material abatement, demolition and proper disposal and/or recycling of all existing building structures and appurtenances, concrete pads, and site lighting, as well as site remediation work consisting of decommissioning and removal of underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, underground hoists, and the removal and proper disposal of contaminated soils encountered during excavation of below ground structures and tanks.
