Portland: Portland International Airport Economy Exit Plaza Replacement project. The work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of the existing Blue Lot (Economy) Exit Plaza building with a newly constructed building including all finishes and furnishings. The work includes removal of the existing Exit Plaza building including disposal of waste materials; relocation and replacement of communication infrastructure located in the immediate vicinity of the existing and proposed Exit Plaza buildings; and site work around the existing and proposed Exit Plaza buildings including curbs, sidewalk, paving, and landscaping. The existing building shall remain in operation until the new building is fully functional. Prequalification is not required for this work. The contractor or a subcontractor need not be licensed for asbestos work under ORS 468A.720.
