Oregon City: FIRE STATION 16 PROJECT. Clackamas Fire District # 1 (District) hereby requests proposals from qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms for construction of the District's new Station 16. The District plans to award a contract for the identified service to the highest ranked Proposer selected from those CM/GCs submitting proposals, using competitive negotiation procedures. Awardee will be a team participant involved with pre-construction design work, establishment of a guaranteed maximum price, and general construction contractor work to design and construct a new fire station located at 19340 Molalla Avenue, Oregon City, Oregon 97045. This project will also include the demolition and removal of the existing fire station.
