Oregon City: Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District (CSWCD) Conservation Resource Center - Main Bid Package will be received by the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC), P&C Construction (P&C), by 2:00 pm, January 8, 2019. The scope of work for this project occurs on a 15+ acre former farm and involves the demolition of (7) existing buildings, earthwork, vegetation removal, and site preparation for the construction of a brand new, single story, 11,000 sqft wood framed, fully sprinkled office/conference facility. Site improvements include: roadway improvements, 42 parking spaces and circulation, walkways, outdoor plaza, landscaping, storm water facilities, on-site septic system, domestic water and fire flow, and underground power and data. On-site work to commence in March 2019 with completion in November 2019. The scope of work for this solicitation does not include fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or low voltage work. Those scopes of work were previously advertised as design-build in a prior solicitation. All bidders must clearly outline their ability and capacity to furnish payment and performance bonds covering the faithful performance of the subcontract and the payment for all obligations arising hereunder. P&C reserves the right to consider in the evaluation the ability of bidder to provide said bonds and/or the current financial strength of the proposer.
