Building Demolition and Asbestos Abatement - Budget Inn & Hart Houses 2012-4. This project consists of asbestos abatement of the Budget Inn Motel and the demolition of the Budget Inn Motel and the Hart Family Trust houses that are within the newly acquired easements and right of way for the NW Washington Ave street project. The work includes all required asbestos abatement work for the City owned Budget Inn Motel, demolition and disposal of all materials from the Budget Inn Motel and Hart Houses buildings, parking lots, fences, swimming pool, signs, underground pipes, landscaping, septic tank abandonment, etc. and backfill all voids with approved fill material for a clean smooth ground surface at each location. Retain and protect the tree at the Hart House, 2251 Hollars St., on the east side of the house. The work is generally described as follows: The contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment for the demolition and asbestos abatement for the Budget Inn Motel and Hart Houses in accordance with the intent of the Technical Specification. Work includes traffic control, and any other related work required to complete this project. The work will be substantially complete in all respects within 60 calendar days and final completion within 75 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed Bids due 10/17
