This project consists of asbestos abatement of the Budget Inn Motel and the demolition of the Budget Inn Motel and the Hart Family Trust houses that are within the newly acquired easements and right of way for the NW Washington Ave street project. The work includes all required asbestos abatement work for the City owned Budget Inn Motel, demolition and disposal of all materials from the Budget Inn Motel and Hart Houses buildings, parking lots, fences, swimming pool, signs, underground pipes, landscaping, septic tank abandonment, etc. and backfill all voids with approved fill material for a clean smooth ground surface at each location.
