Multnomah County: Sellwood Bridge - Pier 19 Removal Pre-Qualifications Required in classes of: Pier Demolition SUMMARY: Multnomah County is soliciting bids for the removal of the remaining portion of Pier 19 of the old Sellwood Bridge. The pier currently sits beneath the new Sellwood Bridge, approximately in mid-river. The upper portion of the pier was removed during the erection of the new Sellwood Bridge. The pier must be removed from Elevation +10 to Elevation - 19.
