OR Dept. of Fish & Wildlife: Ontario Field Station - New Office Building. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is to establish a Contract for the complete demolition of the existing building used for the office, and construction of new office building at the Ontario Field Station located at 3814 Clark Blvd., Ontario, Oregon 97914 ("Project"). The new office building will be a 30 foot x 70 foot, one story, wood framed structure. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall be responsible for all permits, fees, SDC fees, etc. associated with the new building replacement. The work will take place in Malheur County, Oregon.
