Demolition of the incinerator facilities at the Beaver Hill Disposal Site in Coos County, Oregon. A portion of the refractory in the facilities is hazardous material and the selected contractor will be required to provide personnel qualified to work with these materials. The selected contractor will be required to remove demolition debris and perform all other site cleanup relating to the demolition, with the exception of disposal of hazardous waste materials. The selected contractor will segregate all hazardous waste materials as directed by the County and deposit those materials at a location on site specified by the County; the County will be responsible for disposal of those materials. The selected contractor may also salvage any salvageable materials. Bids due 05/16
