Coos Bay School District: Eastside School Abatement & Demolition, will be received from qualified bidders at the Architect's office: HGE Inc., Architect, Engineers & Planners, 333 South 4th Street, Coos Bay, Oregon 97420 until the bid closing time of 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time, Tuesday, August 28, 2018. The actual bid opening shall be conducted in the HGE Conference Room immediately following the bid closing time at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Refer to Instructions to Bidders and supplements for more information. Work on this Contract consists of asbestos abatement, building demolition, building recycle and salvage, earthwork, and other work as noted in the Construction Documents (specifications and drawings). This Work is in preparation for a future school building and site improvements. Contractor or subcontractor is required to be licensed for asbestos abatement under ORS 468A.720.
