BUILDING DEMOLITION. Contract for the County owned building (Darigold Building, 385 9th Street, Astoria, OR) to complete the Building Demolition for the benefit of Clatsop County. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The work includes building demolition, material recycling and lead-based paint management. The asbestos abatement will be done under separate contract.
