Central Linn School District: Ag Building Demolition ITB. Central Linn School District (“CLSD”) is planning to demolish the ag building. The structure is located at 32433 Hwy 228, Halsey, OR. Most recently, the building was utilized for agriculture classes including welding and woodshop and is also used for bus maintenance. Building will be vacated of students, staff and equipment by June 23, 2023. The ag building is a single-story, brick masonry structure, built in 1977 and is approximately 19,600 SF. Utilities include water, sewer, electric, gas and fiber optic. Portions of the building contain asbestos, report included here within. Asbestos removal is a required portion of the bid package. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to the following: ● Removal of hazardous waste asbestos ● Demolition and removal of the building including foundation. ● Removal and capping-off of water, sewer and electrical utilities serving the site. ● Salvage useable fiber and cable lines. ● Mechanically compact excavation backfills to 95%
