Blue Mountain Recovery Center and Eastern Oregon Training Center Demolition. The Owner expects the complete demolition and removal of all structures, foundations, slabs, utility branch distribution within the footprint of each structure located on the Blue Mountain Recovery Center and Eastern Oregon Training Center site. Primary underground utilities are to be capped as indicated on drawings. The site shall be backfilled at the removed structures and filled to existing grade elevation. Areas of the sites disturbed by the demolition work will be re-graded to match adjacent contours and at a maximum of a 2:1 slope. Primary paved driveways, parking areas, and vegetation including trees will be retained where feasible and at the direction of the Owner. Bids due 05/27
