The Owner expects the complete demolition and removal of all structures, foundations, slabs, utility branch distribution within the footprint of each structure located on the Blue Mountain Recovery Center and Eastern Oregon Training Center site. Primary underground utilities are to be capped as indicated on drawings. The site shall be backfilled at the removed structures and filled to existing grade elevation.
