[font=Verdana]NAIC code 562910 for procurement of environmental remediation services for multiple properties in Omaha, Nebraska with Elevated Blood Levels (EBL) whose non-foundation soil contains greater than or equal to 400 mg/kg lead and for pre-identified "highly contaminated properties", with no EBL containing non-foundation soil greater than or equal to 800 mg/kg lead. Remediation will include: 1) pre-removal actions; 2) removal; and, 3) post-removal actions. EPA's objective is to achieve "property closeout", which requires removing lead-contaminated soil from select properties until an average concentration of 400 ppm is reached in near-surface soils and restoring the affected property to pre-removal conditions. Remediation shall be conducted pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), a amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA), and National Contingency Plan (NCP) requirements.
