Provide good quality topsoil for filling and leveling all low areas of the property. Be responsible for the inspection of the sanitary sewer service line for property. Be responsible for leveling lot and leaving it in a condition that will permit routine mowing. Commence the described work within 10 days of being awarded the work and complete the described work within 30 days of commencing.
