Specifications: This project is for the demolition and removal of debris of two commercial buildings owned by Citizen Potawatomi Nation One building is single story 25x51 constructed in 1945. One building is two story 50x140 construction in 1905. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all licenses and permits to complete this project. Asbestos and lead based paint are present in both buildings. Contractor is responsible for all landfill fees associated with proper removal and disposal of all materials. Landfill must be licensed for this type of debris in accordance with all federal, local and state laws. All loads should be covered and secured prior to and during transport. The contractor relieves Citizen Potawatomi Nation of all liability in the disposal of debris. CLEAR AND DEMOLISH THIS PARCEL OF ALL STRUCTURES, IMPROVEMENTS AND DEBRIS. Demolition work shall include excavation of foundations two feet below grade and top dress the site with a minimum of 6 inches of quality topsoil material which shall be purchased and transported by the contractor.
