Okmulgee: Demolition and Clearance of Structures, Concrete Removal, Sewer Plugs, Asbestos Inspections and Removal, Debris Removal and Final Grading of properties AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS within the corporate limits of the City of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, referred to as Demolition and Site Clearance, Contract No. 11-17. The project will be awarded to the lowest and best qualified Bidder. Bids will be received at the Community Development Office, City Hall, 111 East Fourth Street, Okmulgee, Oklahoma, on or before 1:30 p.m. (CDT) on the 12TH day of DECEMBER, 2017. Immediately thereafter all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be submitted to the Okmulgee City Council for its consideration at its next regular meeting. This project consists of, but is not limited to: Demolition and removal of: structures, footings, debris, brickbat and concrete; lot cleanup; grading, final grading; sewer seal(s), performance of asbestos inspections, file NESHAP Reports and Test Reports where required, and properly dispose of asbestos shingles etc.; slab removal; fence row(s) removal when specified; tree(s) removal when specified; fill/top soil placement; hay bale barriers(s); dust control; and other related activities. 9 POSSIBLE TRACTS OF LAND WILL BE LISTED AS THE PROPERTIES FOR THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED.
