Oklahoma City: University of Oklahoma Physics and Astronomy Building. Flintco LLC, hereinafter called the Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma, an agency of the State of Oklahoma, hereinafter called the Owner, will receive bids from trade contractors interested in bidding the work scopes listed below for the new Physics and Astronomy Building located on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus. These bids shall include all labor, materials and equipment to perform the scope of work for their respective bid packages. Package 02A Demolition. Project Description: The Project is the new Physics and Astronomy Building to be located on the South Oval of the University of Oklahoma. The building will serve as an extension of the existing Nielsen Hall and provide state-of-the-art laboratory spaces, as well as provide additional office and classroom space for the departments. The new building will be located on the former site of Gittinger Hall. The new facility has been developed to a square footage of just under 54,400 Sq. Ft. and has an estimated construction cost of approximately $27 million
