This project consists of demolition and removal of the commercial structures, slabs, footings, and stem walls associated with the structures foundations. All concrete and asphalt parking, and scales shall also be removed. All voids must be backfilled, and voids over two feet (2) in depth must be compacted to 95% standard density.
