DEMOLITION OF EXISTING ELEMENTARY GYMNASIUM BUILDING. Demolition includes removing a 60' x 125' x 16' eave preengineered clear-span metal building to the concrete slab. The existing concrete slab and footing shall remain. Demolition work includes removal of exterior metal wall panels, metal roof panels, vinyl-faced insulation, metal roof purlins, metal sidewall gills, metal rigid framing, interior liner panels, CMU construction for lockers & restrooms, wood joists for 2nd level platform, and miscellaneous work. The building and materials shall become the property of the successful bidder. The building is bolted together and can be relocated and reassembled. Successful Bidder must agree to complete all removal and clean-up within thirty (30) days of receiving the Notice to Proceed. Bids due 07/28
