Keystone Dam Bridge Replacement, Creek County, Oklahoma. Projected solicitation release date is September 5, 2012 - The purpose of this construction contract is to demolish the existing public bridge that services Oklahoma State Highway 151 and construct a new public bridge over an active spillway. Complexities of this project include demolition and removal of the existing bridge structure, partial demolition and replacement of the spillway piers and construction of a new bridge structure. Demolition and construction will include attached catwalks, machinery and equipment that must remain minimally operational, and demolition and construction of the highway bridge over a gated spillway with replaced catwalks, machinery and equipment active and protected from damage. Due to the impact of the bridge being out of service for any period of time and to restore and maintain operations, a short timeframe to complete this project will be necessary. The rough order of magnitude is $5 Million to $10 Million. Bids due 10/09
