Comanche County Memorial Hospital: Construction Manager at Risk - Fredrick Hospital Project The Fredrick Hospital project is an approximately 20,000 SF Critical Access hospital that will be located in Fred- erick Oklahoma and will be governed by Comanche County Hospital Authority (CCHA) and guidelines/re- quirements set forth by the Oklahoma State Department of Health and CMS. The site is currently occupied by a 1950s-era hospital building, a nursing home, and a clinic building. The hospital and nursing home will be demolished to make room for the new hospital building. The new building will be connected to the existing clinic building. The hospital will contain a 10-bed inpatient unit, a 4-treatment-room Emergen- cy Services area, radiogra- phy and CT rooms, a warming kitchen, a Physical Therapy/ Multi-purpose room, a Stat Lab, and a Hospital Staff Support Space.
