Chelsea: DOWNTOWN BUILDING DEMOLITION, and all appurtenances thereto, will be received by the Chelsea Economic Development Authority (CEDA), Authority Secretary, until 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (2:00 p.m. CST) on Thursday, January 4th, 2018, and then at said Town Hall publicly opened and read aloud. This project includes the demolition of an existing building and removal of debris. Said improvements shall include: The removal of the building located at 313 West 6th Street in Chelsea, OK. All portions of the building, including but not limited to, the foundation, shall be removed from the site. All rock, brick, and dirt may be hauled to nearby property owned by CEDA, if contractor wishes. Contractor will be responsible for grading any hauled material to this location.
