Blackwell: DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES Demolition and removal of all buildings, structures, former Houston School, underground shelter, appurtenances, and facilities, but not including the Big Toy, located at 304 Vinnedge and the Patriot Square Addition to the City of Blackwell, Kay County, State of Oklahoma (“Project Site”) and deposit in an approved disposal facility. All asbestos and lead were removed by the licensed contractor of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and documentation of such fact can be provided upon request. The contractor shall ensure that there are no other issues with the building, appurtenances, and structures located on the real property and that everything present can be removed from the site without other environmental issues. The Project Site shall be left in a condition that buildings and/or parking lots could be constructed on the site.
