Construction bids are being solicited by The Village of West Liberty Board of Public Affairs for the demolition of the old water plant, located on Pickrelltown Road. The project base bid will include demolition of the building, some utilities, removal of water production piping and equipment, soil erosion control and site restoration, pursuant to the engineering plans and specifications.
