Trumbull County: Demolition, clearance and asbestos abatement of selected structures as part of the HUD CDBG Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (NSP3). The project involves the demolition of structures deemed unfit or unsafe for human habitation in the cities of Girard, Newton Falls, Niles and Warren and Brookfield, Howland, Hubbard, Liberty and Warren Townships. The cities and townships have authorized Trumbull County via formal resolution to carry out the demolitions according to Ohio Revised Code 505.86 and 715.26 through the NSP3. Said project shall also include restoration and other miscellaneous items.
