Cleveland - NEORSD: Southerly TCST Demolition Project. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Remove the (4) four Thermally Conditioned Sludge Thickener Tanks (TCST), 70 ft diameter, including all aluminum domes, concrete structural walls, process equipment, piping, electrical, supports, walkways and associated accessories per contract drawings and specifications. Remove the Thermally Conditioned Sludge Thickener Control House including all concrete structural walls, process equipment, piping, electrical, supports, walkways and associated accessories per contract drawings and specifications. Remove for scrap all electrical equipment, panels, conduit and wire as indicated on the contract drawings including all hangers, supports and accessories. Coordinate safe lock-out/tag-out practices with owner's construction representative to ensure that no live circuits are being disturbed. Refer to Appendix B "NEORSD Lock-out Tag-out Safety Program & Requirements" and Appendix C NEORSD Electrical Safety Program & Requirements" for additional information. Remove all existing pavement, curbs and obstructions in highlighted area on drawings down to established grade elevations and install fill material, top soil, fertilizer, seed, mulch and related items necessary to complete landscaping work per drawings and specifications.
