The bid proposals must include furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, disposal, supervision and insurance to: 1. Demolish and legally dispose of the structures and buildings located on the sites whose addresses and property index numbers are: a. 2050 W. 120th Place, Blue Island, IL (PINs: 25-30-104-013-0000 and 25-30-104-014-0000); b. 12419 S. Greenwood Avenue, Blue Island, IL (PIN: 24-25-411-013-0000); and c. 13821 S. Chatham and 13842 S. Chatham (2 houses on site, one PIN: 29-06-109-024-0000). 2. Separate bid proposals for each location listed in 1.a., 1.b. and 1.c. must be presented. SCOPE OF WORK. The bid proposal must provide for all work to be completed in accordance with OSHA, US EPA, Cook County and local jurisdictional rules and regulations pertaining to demolition work. Asbestos removal and abatement is not to be included in the bid.
