The work involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for and incidental to the demolition and removal of all buildings, wells, sheds, fences, fence posts, porches, steps, walks, curbs, drives paved with brick, stone, asphalt, concrete, etc. and any other frame or masonry structure which is on the surface or extends above the surface, and all rubbish, garbage, tires and miscellaneous debris inside the structure and within the property line boundaries of the parcel on which the building to be demolished is situated, the removal of shrubs, the filling of all cellars, and the straight line grading of the parcels after demolition of the structure, including vacant lots and also the capping and sealing of all publicly owned utilities, and all septic systems are to be pumped and the systems caved in and filled with suitable material, or as modified in the request for proposal. All abandoned water wells will be treated as set forth in these specifications
