SCOPE OF WORK: The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and disposal of a concrete block structure, wooden roof, building contents and related appurtenances; opening of underground stream channel; and filling, grading and restoration. The concrete block has lead-based paint; disposal shall be to in accordance with NYSDEC requirements. A portion of the building houses a municipal well head and controls; this portion of the building shall remain intact and be protected from damage due to demolition activities.
