The Amphitheater Remediation, Demolition & Plaza Restoration project includes the demolition of the existing concrete amphitheater. The contractor will be responsible to remove and dispose all mechanical and electrical equipment, partitions, and lights within the lower rooms of the structure. Extent of the demolition will be in accordance with the plans and specifications. The below grade area will be back filled in accordance with the plans. The Contractor will be responsible for Asbestos Cement Material and Lead Contamination removal as shown in the plans and specifications.
