The Project shall be completed within Sixty (60) calendar days after the date when the contract time commences to run. Project is expected to commence in June, 2016. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis. See Bid Sheet for cost breakdown requirements. Bidders may bid on abatement, or demolition, or both. Bids should not include sales and compensating use taxes on materials incorporated into the work.
