The project consists of the complete removal of the 2 story wood framed building and detached garage at the Building 92 property at the Hudson Valley Developmental Disabilities Services Office (HVDDSO) in Thiells, NY. Included in the scope of work is all work associated with the removals including, but not limited to, disconnection of utilities, asbestos abatement, demolition & removal of the 2 story main structure and 1 story garage, removal of the asphalt driveway, stone retaining walls, underground utilities, and concrete walks and steps, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, backfilling, topsoil and seeding.
