Genesee County: Terminal Bldg. & Maint. Hangar Demo and Site Conversion. The Genesee County Purchasing Director will receive sealed bids for the demolition of the existing terminal building and maintenance hangar. the existing terminal building is one story high and approximately 6,000 sf in size and constructed of a steel structure and sheet metal siding and roofing. A connecting taxiway/apron will be constructed in its place (after demolition) and will be located between the new terminal apron and existing parallel Taxiway "C". The proposed taxiway is approximately 200ft by 35ft, and the proposed pavement required is approximately 43,000sf. This project will include all structure removal and disposal, miscellaneous demolition, foundation removal and backfill, utility service abandonment, necessary storm water drainage components and site restoration.
