Engineering Bldg Interior Demolition & Asbestos Abatement. Qualified contractor to perform complete demolition of interior spaces of existing building. Work includes but not limited to interior steel stud walls, CMU partitions, concrete walls, along with HVAC, Plumbing and electrical systems. Included in the demolition will be asbestos flooring, plumbing fittings, caulks and mastics abatement. Removal of a 12" thick solid concrete wall will require new steel roof framing to replace the load bearing capacity of the wall.
