State Public Works Division: Residence and Fire Station Demolition, Spring Creek Fire Station (SPWD Project No. 23-C08) The existing fire station residence and shed will be demolished and three (3) RV spaces are to be constructed on the south end of the property. Demolition also includes removal of existing fencing, a 1,000-gallon septic tank, existing brush, and an existing tree. Work also includes cleaning out the existing apparatus bay. Each RV space will include a 40’ x 10’ compacted aggregate base pad with an adjacent 15’ x 10’ recreational pad with a pressure-treated wood border. Each RV space will be equipped with a freezeless yard hydrant with shutoff valve, a 4-inch sewer connection with lockable cap, a power pedestal with 50-30-20 amp electrical connections, and 4-inch bollard.
