In general, the major work items include: Demolition, abatement, and disposal of existing buildings, fencing and ball park structures commonly known as Moana Stadium and Moana Pool located at 240 W. Moana Lane, Reno, Nevada. Work to include retirement of various utilities, including gas, water, electric, and sewer to the satisfaction of the owing utility. Lead based paint is assumed to be present and all materials must be handled in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Preliminary assessments have shown materials containing asbestos and proper abatement will be required. Bids due 06/20
