PYRAMID/McCARRAN BUILDING DEMOLITION PROJECT PHASE II. The federally-funded work items performed under this contract include: structure abatement and demolition of 36 buildings and out structures at various locations near the Pyramid Way and McCarran Boulevard intersection in Sparks, Nevada. The majority of the work includes asbestos abatement, hazardous materials removal, and demolition of the structures including below grade foundations, foundation slabs, basements and miscellaneous surface improvements. The work also includes termination of gas, water and sewer services per the drawings and specifications. Removal and disposal of all materials off site, minor site grading and cleanup. Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost: $750,000 to $1,250,000 Bids due 08/21
