The project scope of work is to abate and remove all asbestos containing materials, demolish, remove and dispose all structures and footings, garages and footings, sheds, well enclosures, fences, walls and footings, driveways, slab on grade, patios, sidewalks, etc., on two (2) inactive properties as shown on the drawings. Remove all underground utilities within the property, remove all landscaping and irrigation system, empty and dispose all septic tanks, remove all leaching fields, demolish and cap wells, remove and dispose all air conditioning units, remove and return NV Energy meters and remove all overhead aerial lines. Backfill and compact all open holes, trenches and pits, clear, grub and rough grade the properties. Secure all properties with a 6' high chain link fence and swing gate
