Las Vegas: T2 BUILDING DEMOLITION. DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Demolition of the Terminal 2 building structure. The Terminal 2 structure is approximately 170,000 sq ft. The building demolition work will be limited to five (5) feet outside the structure building line. The demolition work shall include, but not be limited to, the demolition, removal and satisfactory disposal of the building, building foundation, capping of underground utilities, removal of underground fuel tank, removal of jet bridge foundations, baggage conveyance system attached to the exterior of the building, exterior stairs, and backfilling and compacting of resulting trenches, holes, and pits. Asbestos abatement of material identified in a pre-demolition asbestos survey completed by Western Technologies, Inc. will be required.
