The project scope consists of demolition and removal of the existing site improvements and existing facility buildings and structures as called out in the Contract Documents. The intent of this project is to fully remove the existing school facility and site elements noted in the contract documents to prepare the site to receive a new replacement school which will be constructed as part of a future project. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB or B. The construction estimate for the project is: $1,000,000.00
