The work consists of, but is not limited to demolition of the old filter plant building and surrounding features, demolition of the old chlorine building near the 5MG tank, water main rehabilitation at the old filter plant site, installation of a new P.R.V and vault near the old filter plant, installation of a new vault and meter at the 5MG tank site, fencing installation at the Dempsey Booster Station, in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents. The old filter plant and Dempsey Booster Station is located near the intersection of Cerro Gordo Road and Upper Canyon Road.
