Contractor must provide fixed unit priced indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for environmental services on an as-needed basis as required by the requesting agency. Contractor should have the capability and experience of potential teams with the design and remediation process. Environmental remediation services included are asbestos abatement, lead abatement, mold remediation, biohazard remediation/decontamination, air duct cleaning, bird control cleanup and prevention solutions, specialty surface cleaning, site remediation/demolition, underground storage tank removal, soil remediation, flood water damage cleanup, environmental assessments and surveys, hazardous waste inspections/inventory, toxic and hazardous waste disposal on a emergency or requirement basis. Demolition includes demolition services of various structures, to include wood, steel, stucco, adobe, and concrete/block structures.
