The Regents of the University of New Mexico is requesting proposals for abatement, demolition and fill of the Student Family Housing (SFH) located at 961 Buena Vista Dr. SE, Albuquerque NM, 87106. SFH is made up of 12 buildings, a total of 161,000 square foot that include 200 apartments, (50-3 bedrooms, 90-2 bedrooms, 60-1 bedrooms), 6 laundries, a soft water/valve room; and water heater and storage rooms all located on 12 acres of land. Please provide estimates to abate, demolish, grade and fill in current sit in accordance with the scope of work described in this RFP.
