The Union Avenue MS Demolition is comprised of the complete and total demolition of all existing site features within the confines of the subject property. The scope of work for this project includes the abatement of hazardous building materials, the demolition of all structures and including underground structures, the clearing of vegetation including trees and shrubs and associated vegetative root systems, backfilling of all below grade demolition areas and grading to a documented condition. The project includes the removal of a 15,000 gallon heating oil underground storage tank (UST) located near the intersection Union Avenue and Linwood Avenue.
