Passaic County Affordable Housing Corporation: Site Demolition For 519 Ringwood Ave. 519 Ridgewood Avenue formerly served as the Passaic County Department of Public Works. The complex had structures and other site elements constructed over several decades with a mixture of construction components including masonry walls, concrete, wood, and steel frame structure. All structures as indicated on the project drawings are to be removed including slabs and foundations. Demolition work includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of masonry walls, GWB metal stud partitions, acoustical ceilings, doors and frames, foundations, slabs, and roofs. All existing utilities including, but not limited to electrical, telephone, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection components that are related to these structures and items slated for demolition are to be fully demolished and removed.
