OCEAN : Demolition and Removal of Residential Structure Known as Poplar Village. Work shall consist of the demolition and removal of 20,000 square feet of residential structures, slabs and footings to a depth of three feet (3') below grade; 1,000 square yards of concrete sidewalk, 1,900 square yards of asphalt driveway and parking lot at 4" thick, 1,200 linear feet of concrete curbing, 1,400 linear feet of three feet (3') high retaining wall, together with miscellaneous other related work items. The site and buildings have been inspected and found no evidence of asbestos within the structures.
